Quickstart by Role

Welcome to Proof of Purpose — a platform where youth earn rewards for verified, real-world impact. Whether you're a participant, a donor, or a community organizer, here’s everything you need to know to get started in 60 seconds or less.

👟 Champions (Youth Participants)​

You're here to earn $PURPOSE tokens by completing real-world bounties.

How to Start:​

  1. Select "Champion" on the login screen

  2. Sign up with your email (a wallet is auto-created)

  3. Submit your onboarding application 💡 Note: If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian will need to help complete your application.

  4. A short video call or in-person meeting with an Admin will be scheduled to confirm your interest and go over how the program works

  5. Your guardian will sign a brief consent form to allow participation

  6. Once verified and approved, you'll be able to:

    • Browse available bounties

    • Apply for tasks that interest you

    • Complete them, upload proof, and earn $PURPOSE tokens

    • Redeem your tokens at local vendors for real rewards

Wallets are automatically created and gasless. No crypto experience required.

🧑‍💼 Admins (Nonprofit Staff & Bounty Creators)​

You're here to empower youth by posting and managing bounties.

How to Start:​

  1. Select the "Admin" role on signup
  2. Submit your organization info
  3. Once approved, you can:
    • Post bounties (title, description, reward)
    • Approve Champion signups
    • Verify completions
    • Mint $PURPOSE tokens to participants

All actions are auditable and logged for transparency.

🏪 Vendors (Redemption Partners)​

You're here to accept tokens and get paid in USDC for approved redemptions.

How to Start:​

  1. Select "Vendor" at signup
  2. Submit your business and wallet info
  3. Upload your signed W-9 form (required to receive payouts)
  4. Once approved:
    • Champions will present a QR code
    • Scan it via your dashboard
    • Instantly receive matching USDC to your wallet

⚠️ Important:​

  • If you earn $600 or more in USDC per year, you will receive a 1099 form for tax purposes.
  • W-9 form submission is required before any redemptions can be processed.
  • You never hold $PURPOSE — you only receive USDC directly.

💸 Donors​

You're here to help fund youth opportunity with full transparency.

How to Start:​

  1. Go to the Donate page
  2. Choose one-time or monthly donation
  3. Pay with credit/debit card or USDC
  4. Track your donation history and impact score via your dashboard

Your donations go 90% to the youth treasury and 10% to operations and all are visible onchain.
